Merciful and forgiving God, Scripture reminds us to be present for the prisoners. They are being held to account for their misdeeds, but remain worthy of love. We ask that through the Holy Spirit, you offer safety, and opportunities for new beginnings in Christ. Bless and heal the victims of their misdeeds, the families left behind and those who offer their time, presence and resources to be Your people in the brokenness. Amen.
