For those who govern...
1 Timothy 2:1-4 calls us to pray for those who govern. Galatians 5:22-25 calls us to conduct our lives according to the fruit of the Spirit. Almighty God, we pray that you guide us each day to be faithful to both of these commands--for they are not in conflict, nor should they be. Not for those who govern, nor for those governed. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
