Part Four of our Worship Time Change

Dear Church Family,
We are entering an exciting new season at Castle Rock First UMC! Beginning Sunday, September 7, we will unite our two worship services into one Spirit-filled worship at 9:00 a.m. each Sunday.
After worship on the 7th, we invite you to stay for a special Open House Sunday—a time to celebrate, connect, and discover all the ways you can be part of our church family.
Then, beginning Sunday, September 14, we’ll launch Community Faith Time at 10:00 a.m. Following worship, we’ll share coffee and donuts and then move into spaces for children, youth, and adults to grow together in faith.
This change is not about losing something—it’s about weaving together our gifts, voices, and traditions into something stronger and more beautiful. Like branches grafted into the vine, we believe God is creating something new among us as we gather as one.
🎥 Each Monday leading up to September 7, we’re hearing from members of our congregation about why they’re excited for this change. This week, Gail Hammond shares her heart and hopes for this new season of worship. Don’t miss her story—watch the video here: https://youtu.be/Pxb9aN20ZXA
We look forward to stepping into this new chapter together—one service, one family, one table.
Grace and peace,Pastor Matt
